like seriously, part of me wants to fucking cry, the other part of me wants to eat nothing but the healthiest of twigs and berries for the next few and then the sensible part of me is just feeling down :(

having someone tell you that you’ve gained weight is perhaps on of the most shitty feelings ever.

Want to eat that cookie? Well do it. Eat that cookie. I love cookies. There soo good. Yummy right? You think that cookies going to make you fat? Well, it’s not. Eating five cookies today will not make you fat. Do you know what will? Eating 5 cookies everyday for a week, a month. Being healthy isn’t about eliminating food but having ALL foods in moderation.
